Johnny is a Los Angeles native, born and raised. He began his real estate career by completing courses at his local college and becoming a mortgage loan processor with South Bay Equity Lending in 2020. Working under the talented staff at South Bay Equity he quickly developed skills necessary to work through one of the busiest times for the industry. Helping to close over a hundred loans in his first year, he aims to bring a high level of attention and care to each and every transaction. During his free time he enjoys bike rides through the beach and city and finding new local restaurants
