Onur Coskun, a licensed mortgage loan officer and broker, brings to South Bay Equity Lending 12 years of extensive experience and expertise in different areas of lending.

Starting his business from scratch in 2007, in less than a year, Onur achieved top originator status within his company. He accomplished this distinction by becoming one of the preferred lenders to a real estate team, who at the time were in top 50 by volume for the entire country.

Beyond the numbers however, what’s always served Onur well is his ability to see around corners when it comes to lending and having the knack for generating solutions even in the most complex situations. These abilities, coupled with successful execution, have subsequently earned him the trust of not only top industry referral partners, but also clients. His mission is to empower his clients to achieve their property ownership goals and dreams by giving them access to a lending network and the collective know-how he’s able to tap into through his track record with his lending outlets.

Onur is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Syracuse University in Syracuse New York. In his spare time, he’s committed himself to head a community project by co-founding a soccer club of now 70 players in the Redondo Beach area. The club’s mission is to contribute to the growth of the sport by developing players, above all men and women that will shape the future of soccer in the US.
