He has a great deal of experience funding loans for purchases, refinances, and construction projects.

“South Bay Equity Lending has been a business partner of mine for over 8 years. I began doing business with Matt Hadnett, sending numerous loans and clients to his organization. South Bay Equity Lending did a great job taking care of my customers, by treating them respectfully and completing the loans with tremendous efficiency.”

“Matt approached me with the idea that I should be doing the loans for my customers myself. I thought about the prospect and researched the process. I decided that I would like to further my career by adding the Loan Officer license to my repertoire. As a full-service office, South Bay Equity Lending has been a great career decision for me, as I look forward to a bright future here at SBEL.”
