Art began his banking career in the mid-1990s at Great Western Bank. He later served as a branch manager at Wells Fargo until 2009 and as a Senior Home Lending Advisor with JPMorgan Chase. Since becoming a mortgage advisor in 2009, he has helped homebuyers and leading real estate professionals across all 50 states, with a primary focus on the greater Los Angeles market. In 2026, Art joined Matt Hadnett at South Bay Equity Lending. Outside of work, he volunteers at nonprofit events and church fundraisers. Art and his wife, Veronica, live in Los Angeles with their three sons.
