Drew Hardesty "held my hand" all the way through my home re-fi. I had already consulted two other brokers, and he came highly recommended. He gave me full information at our first meeting, left me with printed material that underscored all he had told me and more. I agonized, emailed more questions, phoned for confirmation and assurance which he always gave. His patience never wavered, nor his pleasant voice. I postponed signing for weeks ("until l feel calm") even after the very helpful consultant for seniors had interviewed me. He understood, never pressured me or pushed for a deadline. Since the day I signed the documents I have been free of all financial anxiety and concern for my future for the first time in years. Drew is now my Paragon for financial assistance. He has said I can call him any time, and I shall.
Really cannot say enough positive things about Matt and his practice. They were professional, pleasant, available and responsive and they got the job done. In addition to getting us the loan we needed for our home (which was a challenge) they got us a very competitive interest rate. After we closed on the home they continued the relationship by keeping an open line of communication about refinancing with improving interest rates. World class service and really appreciate Matt/Andy
