I got a loan from them last year and they were very helpful when I had questions. I had to refinance and wanted to change lenders and everything was quick and smooth. I ended up with a better lender. Matt is friendly and funny so you feel relaxed dealing with him and the company. Being a Dodgers fan and an animal lover was a plus.
I recently purchased a non-warrantable condo, which, if you've experienced this, you know how challenging getting a loan for it can be.
