Chris Turkmany started his career as a loan officer in August 2003 after a call from his longtime friend, Matt Hadnett, the founder and president of South Bay Equity Lending. Over the years, Chris has helped clients with just about every kind of loan — from residential and commercial to hard money and reverse mortgages.

“What I love most about working at South Bay Equity is being able to help people with whatever lending needs they have,” Chris says. “My goal is always to provide great service and to be the kind of advisor my clients can count on for life.”

Outside of work, Chris stays active in his community through St. Anastasia Catholic Church and as a board member for CYO (Catholic Youth Organization) Sports. A proud Los Angeles native, he’s an alum of Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks and Loyola Marymount University. Chris and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Westchester and have two grown children.
