His degree in Mechanical Engineering has been instrumental in navigating these challenges. He’s skilled and experienced in all facets of real estate finance, including commercial, residential, home equity lines of credit, 2nd and 3rd mortgages, down payment assistance, Fix N Flip loans, investment, construction, mixed-use or multi-use property, industrial, and private (hard) money too.

Jimmy has also been very active in his community. He’s served on the Board of Directors for various non-profit organizations including the Friends of Madrona Marsh, the Asian Real Estate Association of America. He’s also held leadership roles his local Boy Scouts troop and the Torrance Chamber of Commerce.

In his free-time Jimmy loves to spend time outdoors. He enjoys hiking and backpacking.
