Nancy graduated from USC’s School of Business in 1992. She began her career in loan servicing in 1990 at Great Western Bank. She has experience in loan servicing, bankruptcy, foreclosure, loan origination, underwriting and processing. She joined Matt Hadnett at South Bay Equity Lending in 2002. She spends her free time volunteering at a local counseling center raising funds through benefit dinners. Nancy and her husband Eduardo, have 3 sons and live in Northridge.
